Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and maintain strong customer communication.
• Present products/services clearly and professionally to customers.
• Develop sales strategies and contribute to monthly/quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth order processing.
• Conduct field visits, follow-ups, and customer meetings.
• Prepare sales reports and update CRM/database regularly.
• Represent the company professionally in indoor and outdoor environments.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Bachelor's degree is compulsory (any stream).
• English fluency – must speak clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle fieldwork/meetings when required.
• Professional appearance and confidence in customer-facing situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Height 5'7'

Preferred Skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM).
• Understanding of customer behaviour and sales techniques.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to market changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
