- Build and manage relationships with dealerships, partners, and business associates.
- Empanel new dealers and expand the sales network.
- Ensure dealers maintain quality standards, handle customer complaints, and provide adequate training.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales support.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and documentation.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure stock levels are sufficient and work with the supply chain team to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance, regarding processes like loan and insurance approvals
