Parlour Technical Services is seeking a Sales Manager with strong experience in business development and client acquisition within the technical services sector. The role requires a driven individual who can secure new projects, maintain strong customer relationships and achieve consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new clients and project opportunities
- Identify leads across relevant industries and convert them into active accounts
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits to understand project requirements
- Prepare proposals, quotations and service outlines in coordination with the technical team
- Maintain regular communication with clients to build long term relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, events and industry gatherings
- Provide weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to management
- Support the development of marketing materials and promotional activities when required
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales preferably within technical services, fit out, interior, joinery, acoustic or related fields
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into closed deals
- Professional presentation and client handling skills
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Salary and Commission Structure
- Monthly salary between 5000 and 8000 AED depending on experience
- Commission based on performance, awarded for meeting and exceeding sales targets
