Parlour Technical Services is seeking a Sales Manager with strong experience in business development and client acquisition within the technical services sector. The role requires a driven individual who can secure new projects, maintain strong customer relationships and achieve consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new clients and project opportunities
  • Identify leads across relevant industries and convert them into active accounts
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits to understand project requirements
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and service outlines in coordination with the technical team
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to build long term relationships
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, events and industry gatherings
  • Provide weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to management
  • Support the development of marketing materials and promotional activities when required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales preferably within technical services, fit out, interior, joinery, acoustic or related fields
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into closed deals
  • Professional presentation and client handling skills
  • Valid UAE driving licence preferred
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure

Salary and Commission Structure

  • Monthly salary between 5000 and 8000 AED depending on experience
  • Commission based on performance, awarded for meeting and exceeding sales targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
