We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the tire industry and proven experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have an established network of wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and fleet customers and be capable of driving monthly sales targets independently.
This is a results-driven role where experience in the tire business is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build strong relationships with tire distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and fleet customers
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base in GCC and international markets
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms with customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates
- Maintain high product knowledge across multiple tire brands and categories
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the tire industry (B2B distribution preferred)
- Export experience is a MUST!!!
- Strong network in GCC or international tire markets
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills
- Strong understanding of tire product specifications, patterns, and demand cycles
- Ability to travel when required
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
Preferable
- Experience with major tire brands
- Knowledge of import/export processes and tire logistics
- Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic/Chinese added advantage)
