Sales Manager

Relegance Properties is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead and enhance our sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership qualities, a proven sales background, and in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, supervise, and support a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth

* Provide continuous training, coaching, and performance evaluations

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders

* Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA regulations and internal policies

Requirements:

* Minimum 6+ years of real estate experience in Dubai

* Proven sales management and team leadership experience

* Strong understanding of Dubai’s property market

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

* Valid RERA certification

* Valid UAE driving license

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in conduct
