Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the building materials / construction products industry (preferably PPR, Pex or related products).
- Strong knowledge and network with MEP contractors, consultants, and distributors in Saudi Arabia.
- Good experience with PPR/PEX piping approvals, submittals, and project sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred; English is mandatory
- Willingness to travel across KSA when required.
- Valid KSA driving license
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the KSA market.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships to increase market share.
- Manage and expand relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and key customers.
- Secure product approvals with consultant/vendor lists.
- Conduct regular market analysis and provide feedback on competition, pricing, and market trends.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present forecasts to management.
- Support and follow up on collections and ensure timely payments from clients.
