Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Sales Manager to join our high-performing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in off-plan sales, an established network of channel partners and HNIs, and exceptional market knowledge to drive revenue, strengthen relationships, and maximize business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage the complete sales process—from prospecting to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and HNI clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic sales initiatives
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to optimize lead conversion
  • Represent Binghatti at international roadshows, property exhibitions, and client events to drive lead generation


Requirements


  • 3–5 years of real estate sales experience, ideally in the luxury/off-plan sector
  • Strong network of channel partners and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong grasp of real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and demand drivers
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment


Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s / master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in managing international clientele is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate sales software
