We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with proven expertise in sales and a track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible 30-hour work week.
