Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Yayla Agro FoodStuff Trading CO L.L.C., based in Dubai. The Sales Manager will oversee and develop business growth strategies, identify opportunities in the food trade sector, and cultivate strong relationships with customers and distributors. Key responsibilities include managing sales targets, revenue objectives, and team performance. The role emphasizes market analysis, account management, and collaboration with cross-functional departments to drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and expand market presence.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management in the food industry, preferably with commodity like pulses,grains and nuts.
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills to engage effectively with customers and distributors.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience required.
  • Market Analysis and Strategic Planning capabilities to identify growth opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve targets.
  • Leadership and Team Management experience to oversee and guide a sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; analytical skills and data-driven decision-making experience.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages, such as Arabic, is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is preferred.
