What You’ll Do:

· Drive sales & revenue – hit targets, create growth strategies, and expand our client base.

· Lead and inspire your clinic team – from consultants to front desk staff.

· Oversee daily operations – ensure smooth workflow, compliance, and high-quality patient care.

· Maintain strong relationships with patients, consultants.

What We’re Looking For:

· Proven experience managing a Hair & Skin / Aesthetic clinic / Salon / Fitness branch.

· Strong sales and business development skills – you know how to convert leads into happy patients.

· Leadership and team-building expertise – you can motivate a team to perform at their best.

· Local language fluency – mandatory for effective patient communication.

· Highly organized, target-driven, and proactive.
