Job Title: Property Consultant – Candidates with Valid US/UK Visa

We are looking for dynamic and client-focused Property Consultants to support our real estate operations in the United States and United Kingdom markets. This role requires candidates who can travel internationally for client meetings, property visits, and onboarding activities.
Candidates holding a valid US or UK visa will be given preference due to project and travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist international clients with buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
• Provide market insights, property evaluations, financial guidance, and investment recommendations.
• Conduct virtual or in-person property tours for US/UK clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and international partners.
• Coordinate with the US/UK team for transaction support, documentation, and closing processes.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on property trends, pricing, and regulations in assigned markets.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or investment advisory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with international clients.
• Excellent presentation and sales skills.
• Valid US or UK visa (e.g., B1/B2, business visa, work visa, permanent residency), or ability to travel when required.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with US/UK real estate markets (training can be provided).
• Knowledge of CRM tools and online property platforms.
• Understanding of investment-based property consulting and documentation.
