Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Sales
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire retail investors (HNIs, emerging affluent, salaried professionals).
- Conduct investor awareness programs, webinars, and one-on-one consultations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across product categories.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with retail clients by offering personalized investment solutions.
- Provide transparent communication on product features, risks, and returns.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat investments.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in retail financial product sales.
- Strong knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and SEBI regulations.
- Proven track record in B2C sales and client acquisition.
