ole Overview:The Head Sales & Brand Manager will be pivotal in architecting and executing growth strategies for new and existing restaurant concepts, driving revenue, establishing brand identity, and building loyal customer bases from the ground up.Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Building & Strategy: Develop and launch new restaurant brands/concepts, defining unique value propositions, brand stories, and market positioning.
  • Sales Growth: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to exceed targets, increase footfall, drive repeat business, and explore new revenue streams (catering, delivery).
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
  • Partnerships & PR: Cultivate key relationships with suppliers, influencers, media, and community partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Performance Management: Set KPIs, monitor sales performance, manage budgets, and report actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with significant success in the restaurant/food & beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of building and launching successful restaurant brands or concepts from inception.
  • Deep understanding of sales techniques, digital marketing, and brand management in hospitality.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
