We are hiring a Sales Manager for our Kharar office.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a target-driven approach, and the ability to lead a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiation closures.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.

• Prepare sales reports and share insights with management.

• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Leadership/Team-handling experience preferred.

• Comfortable with field visits and client interactions.

• Knowledge of the Kharar market.

• Graduation preferred (open to relevant experience).
