Job Description
Apsun is looking for a highly capable Sales Manager with proven experience in selling products online. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital sales strategies, increasing revenue, managing customer inquiries, and overseeing the performance of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online product sales across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, company website, and marketplaces.
- Handle daily customer inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to improve campaigns and increase conversions.
- Prepare sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and share insights with management.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in online product selling.
- Hands-on experience with social media selling and online marketplaces (Daraz, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Solid understanding of sales funnels and digital customer behavior.
- Team management experience is a plus.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, CRM software).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
