Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the solar lighting division.
- Identify new business opportunities in government, corporate, industrial,.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
2. Market Development
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and emerging solar lighting trends.
- Expand the dealer and distributor network.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPC companies, contractors, and channel partners.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiations, and finalize deals.
4. Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Allocate targets and monitor performance.
- Support the team with field visits and customer meetings.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Provide management with market insights and product improvement suggestions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in sales (LED light sector).
- Strong knowledge of solar lighting products (solar street lights, AC street light, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for business visits.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
