Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the solar lighting division.
  • Identify new business opportunities in government, corporate, industrial,.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.

2. Market Development

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and emerging solar lighting trends.
  • Expand the dealer and distributor network.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPC companies, contractors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiations, and finalize deals.

4. Team Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
  • Allocate targets and monitor performance.
  • Support the team with field visits and customer meetings.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide management with market insights and product improvement suggestions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in sales (LED light sector).
  • Strong knowledge of solar lighting products (solar street lights, AC street light, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently for business visits.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
