Sales Manager – Real Estate (EMIRATI)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Emirati Sales Manager to join our real estate team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a UAE National who is passionate about sales, client relations, and driving business growth within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive property sales by managing leads, conducting viewings, and closing deals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to meet objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance
- Create real estate-related content and produce 6–8 short video reels per month to support brand visibility and lead generation
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, events, and negotiations
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports
Qualifications
- UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
- Proven experience in real estate sales or similar industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Confident in creating social media content (basic experience is acceptable)
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
