A Sales Manager for Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems targeting government and private companies is a strategic, results-driven professional responsible for driving business growth, building key client relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle for complex ELV solutions. Responsibilities include client identification, lead generation, and B2B sales, with a preference for candidates having 5 years of UAE experience in ELV sales.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market footprint across government, semi-government, and private sectors.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, Bolards, public address, structured cabling etc.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Experience in handling government tenders is often a plus.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
