Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. The role involves managing the sales team, developing key customer relationships, expanding market presence, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients within the UAE.
- Manage key accounts and maintain long-term relationships with major customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Set individual KPIs and targets for sales executives and monitor achievements.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Provide product training and sales skill development to team members.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and negotiate contracts and pricing when required.
- Coordinate with showroom, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of quotations, LPOs, contracts, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE commercial regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in B2B sales; experience in kitchen equipment / HORECA / industrial sales is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
