Job Opportunity: Sales Manager – Instrument Transformer Field

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong expertise in the Instrument Transformer industry (Current Transformers / Voltage Transformers). The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, build client relationships, and contribute to business expansion across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for instrument transformers (CTs/VTs).
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across India.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability in line with company goals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Required Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech / MBA / Graduation in any stream.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Instrument Transformer field (CTs/VTs).
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of instrument transformers and industry standards.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or client management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel and manage clients across India.

• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
• Location: Anywhere in India (flexible placement).
• Salary: As per industry standards.
