Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- MBA is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage
- Candidates with any bachelor’s degree who have solid experience in building or construction-related sales are encouraged to apply
- Minimum 10+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the building, construction, or infrastructure sectors
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales, marketing, and business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives
- Grow business within the assigned territory and secure new work orders/projects
- Support in the recruitment, training, and performance management of Sales Engineers within the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure projects, negotiate terms, and ensure timely payment collection
- Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to achieving overall sales targets
