Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our growing perfume retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fragrance sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell a wide range of perfumes and fragrance products

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Provide knowledgeable product guidance to customers

Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business

Maintain store appearance and product displays

Train and mentor junior sales staff when required

Process sales transactions accurately

Stay updated on new product launches and fragrance trends

Requirements:

Proven experience in perfume or cosmetics sales (minimum 2–3 years)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service and sales techniques

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

Availability for flexible working hours
