We are looking for a young dynamic, and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Tata Motors Dealership, Raipur (C.G.). The ideal candidate should have required qualifications and prior experience in sales and a strong ability to team handling, generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for dealership.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
• Organize and participate in promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing as a manager.
• Fresher can also apply.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, sales management software and tools.
• Fluency in English and Hind.
• Valid driving license (preferably for four-wheelers).
