Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, develop, and manage B2B client accounts.
  • Explain product features, machine specifications, and technical benefits to potential clients.
  • Generate new leads through market research, networking, exhibitions, and industry visits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, onsite visits, and solution-based sales presentations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals with decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with the production and service teams to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support.
  • Maintain sales reports, track enquiry progress, and follow up on leads consistently.
  • Build long-term relationships to increase repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for continuous improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Business Administration preferred).
  • Minimum 1–5 years of experience in B2B industrial or machine sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and propose solutions.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and business expansion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
