Sales Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling IT services and solutions, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Present and promote company services such as website development, mobile apps, HRMS, travel systems, digital marketing, and custom software solutions.
• Prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and project management) to meet customer requirements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
• Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry gatherings.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently.
• UAE market experience is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
