About Us

We are a growing interior design and build company in Dubai, specializing in residential, commercial, HoReCa fit-outs, landscaping, and joinery-integrated projects. Backed by the Grans Group’s 20 years of experience in construction and technical services, our interior division is expanding rapidly and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive project acquisition and build strong client relationships.

Role Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, presenting design & build solutions, and closing high-value interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Dubai’s interiors market and proven experience in sales within the design/build or fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, market research, and proactive outreach
• Manage the full sales cycle: initial contact → client meeting → site visit → proposal → follow-ups → closing
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors
• Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates
• Represent the brand professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
• Identify opportunities in residential, commercial, and HoReCa sectors

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in interior design / fit-out sales in the UAE (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of design, materials, fit-out processes, and client requirements
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
