Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, set quotas, and forecast sales to meet company goals.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, and stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to find new opportunities.
  • Sales Execution: Lead contract negotiations, prepare compelling proposals, and close deals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with operations, marketing, and technical teams for project success and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and communicate results to senior management.
  • Experience: Proven sales experience in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Leadership: Strong team management, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, products, or specific verticals (e.g., data centers, chemicals).
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze data and market trends for strategic planning.
  • Software: Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce) and MS Office.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
