Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, set quotas, and forecast sales to meet company goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to find new opportunities.
- Sales Execution: Lead contract negotiations, prepare compelling proposals, and close deals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with operations, marketing, and technical teams for project success and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and communicate results to senior management.
- Experience: Proven sales experience in the construction or building materials industry.
- Leadership: Strong team management, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, products, or specific verticals (e.g., data centers, chemicals).
