Skills and qualifications

To boost Industrial sales while maintaining strong customer relationships, Sales Managers should have a passion for selling and be self-motivated.

They should possess the following skills and qualifications: -

· Ability to set and effectively achieve sales targets –

· Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills

· Experience using CRM systems to manage the sales process and forecast sales

· Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in Industrial product sales

· Capability to design and implement a successful Industrial sales strategy

· Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives - Skills in planning, organization, and problem-solving - Advanced time management abilities

**Education Qualifications and Experience**

The ideal candidate for the Sales Manager position should hold a bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Management from an accredited university.

A master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is an added advantage.

The Sales Manager should have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or marketing, specifically in industrial products, Face Mask, safety products, electrical equipment’s, electrical accessories, Cutting Disc, Grinding Disc, Drill Bits, Rota cutes, and similar fields.

Local candidates who are immediately available for transfer will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
