We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team for promoting and selling solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales for solar power projects in the Delhi region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients for solar projects (residential, commercial, and industrial sectors).
- Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and provide customized solar solutions.
- Present solar proposals and products to clients, explaining the benefits and features of solar energy systems.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate project implementation and timely delivery.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the solar market trends, competitors, and regulatory landscape.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasting, and tracking performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with the local market in Delhi and understanding of regional regulations.
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel in the Delhi-NCR region.
