Franchise Sales Manager at Sportika Labs

We are looking for an experienced Franchise Sales Manager to join a new franchise sales team for the USA market. We sincerely believe this is a unique opportunity to work in the sports business and contribute to the athletic future of children. We have ambitious goals for the US market that Russian-speaking teams have not yet tackled :)

Responsibilities:

· Selling franchises & licenses for the US & Global markets. Primary KPI: number of signed licensees in the US market.

· Working with "warm" leads from various traffic channels (franchise portals, social media, groups, etc.).

· Conducting calls, online meetings, moving leads through the sales funnel, closing deals.

· Managing a CRM system from scratch, participating in setting up necessary widgets and CRM integrations.

· Understanding key stages of the franchise sales funnel, key metrics, and conversions.

· Collaborating with the marketing team to generate hypotheses for finding acquisition channels with the best CPA for the company.

· Preparing reports and analytics on sales results.

Requirements:

· Over 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in international projects.

· Experience in selling franchises, licenses, or similar products with a deal size of $10,000 - $50,000 is a plus.

· Experience selling to the US & Global markets is a plus.

· You must be fluent (!) in English and conduct sales in English.

· Russian language skills are a plus.

· Being a fan of sports, soccer, or children's business is a plus :)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,073.45 - $59,099.21 per year

Work Location: Remote
