Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven HVAC Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in selling HVAC systems and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets across residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC projects and AMC contracts.
  • Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and understand HVAC requirements.
  • Follow up with consultants, builders, architects, and end customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals as per company policy.
  • Maintain client database, sales pipeline, and regular sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Any Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC sales (VRF, Chillers, Split/Packaged Units, AHU, Ducting, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and applications.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
