Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts and drive revenue growth in the Real Estate market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Real Estate Projects and managing client relationships from initial lead to contract finalization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new construction projects through proactive business development and market analysis.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Customers..
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (if applicable) and manage the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Estimating and Operations teams to ensure competitive and accurate project proposals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven Real Estate sales/business development experience, with a successful track record of closing the bookings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹545,808.69 - ₹1,175,796.47 per year
