We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, grow institutional partnerships, and drive revenue across B2B and B2C segments.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
- Generate and convert leads from schools, colleges, corporates, and parents
- Build long-term relationships with institutions and partners
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends
- Coordinate with marketing and counseling teams for campaigns and events
- Handle negotiations, closures, and post-sales coordination
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in sales (education / training / healthcare preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage CRM, reports, and sales pipelines
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
- Preferred Experience
- Experience in education, career counseling, ed-tech, wellness, or healthcare
