We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in selling fire-rated and non-fire-rated stainless steel doors, Kahramaa-approved doors, louvers, glass products, and other steel/stainless steel solutions. This role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Qatar and the GCC region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project managers.
  • Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Provide technical product presentations and support to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience
  • Strong background in fire-rated & non-fire-rated doors, Kahramaa doors, louvers, and glass products.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Qatar construction standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
  • Valid and transferrable RP
