Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monthly/quarterly reports, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing, production, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and achievement of revenue goals.
- Handle key client negotiations and close high-value deals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales (managerial role preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
