Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, monthly/quarterly reports, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with marketing, production, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and achievement of revenue goals.
  • Handle key client negotiations and close high-value deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales (managerial role preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
