- Identify and develop new B2B customers such as hotels, hospitals, hostels, PGs, and other institutional buyers within the assigned territory.
- Visit properties regularly, generate leads through cold calls, references, and market mapping, and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Meet purchase managers, materials managers, GMs, housekeeping heads, and administrators to understand their linen and bedding requirements and propose suitable product combinations.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s bedding and linen range (bedsheets, duvets, pillows, mattress protectors, towels, etc.), prepare quotations, and negotiate prices, quantities, and payment terms to close profitable orders.
- Coordinate sampling, trials, order processing, dispatches, and deliveries with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment for every client.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups, service visits, and cross-selling / upselling additional product lines and categories.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, collection, and new account acquisition targets as defined by the company.
- Track competitor activities, market prices, and new project openings in the hospitality and healthcare segments and share timely feedback with management.
