We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to handle sales and business development for our lithium battery and related electronic products in the Bangalore region. The ideal candidate should come from a battery, electronics, or automobile background with proven field sales experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base in Bangalore and nearby areas.
- Promote lithium batteries and related products to industrial and automotive clients.
- Meet dealers, distributors, and OEM customers for sales and tie-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify trends and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and after-sales support.
- Prepare sales reports and submit regular updates to management.
- Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Marketing.
- 4–7 years of experience in field sales (preferably in lithium batteries / electronics / automobile sector).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong market knowledge and client-handling experience.
- Willing to travel across Karnataka.
- Own vehicle mandatory.
