Job Title: Sales Manager – UAE
Location: United Arab Emirates (Pan-UAE Responsibility)

Job Summary
We are looking for a young, passionate, energetic, and self-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our food distribution business across the UAE. The role will be responsible for driving sales across modern trade (key chain outlets) as well as general trade (single store outlets), ensuring strong brand presence, visibility, and sustainable profitability across the region.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build brands and business from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive end-to-end sales operations across the entire UAE region.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop strong relationships with key modern trade chains, supermarkets, and distributors.
Expand reach across general trade outlets, groceries, and independent stores.
Channel & Market Expansion
Identify new business opportunities, territories, and distribution partners.
Strengthen distribution width and depth across all Emirates.
Ensure effective execution of sales strategies at ground level.
Brand Positioning & Visibility
Ensure strong brand positioning, shelf placement, visibility, and merchandising across outlets.
Plan and execute in-store promotions, activations, and sales drives.
Work closely with marketing teams to implement brand campaigns in-market.
P&L & Commercial Ownership
Own and manage the regional P&L, focusing on revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Monitor margins, schemes, discounts, and trade spends.
Ensure healthy collections and working capital management.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with distributors, promoters, merchandisers, and internal teams.
Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and performance reports to management.
Act as the face of the company in the UAE market.
Desired Candidate Profile
Young, energetic, and highly self-motivated professional with a strong sales mindset.
Proven experience in food/FMCG distribution sales (UAE or GCC experience preferred).
Strong understanding of modern trade & general trade dynamics in the UAE.
Ability to work independently and drive business growth with minimal supervision.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Mandatory Requirements
Languages: Fluent in Hindi, English, and Arabic.
Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
Hands-on approach with strong execution capability.
