Natya is a fast-growing arts education platform building a structured ecosystem for Indian classical arts learning, certification, careers, and global opportunities. We are expanding our sales operations to scale revenue and reach both Indian and international learners.

Role Overview

We are looking for a sales manager who can build and lead a high-performing inside sales team. This role is fully target-driven and focused on daily execution, team management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Kochi inside sales team
  • Own monthly revenue targets and team performance
  • Hire, train, and motivate sales counsellors
  • Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, and closures
  • Ensure strict CRM discipline and reporting
  • Improve conversion rates and average ticket size
  • Support premium programmes and international sales
  • Conduct daily reviews and weekly performance meetings
  • Coordinate with the founder and core team for strategy execution
