Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Manager who can lead and manage a team of Sales Executives across multiple locations. The ideal candidate must be strong in field sales, team handling, route planning, target achievement, and distributor/retailer network expansion. This role requires strategic thinking along with active on-ground involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of 10+ Sales Executives across assigned regions.
• Set monthly sales targets, track performance, and ensure timely achievement.
• Develop and expand retailer, distributor, and wholesale networks.
• Conduct regular market visits, joint field work, and retail audits.
• Implement sales strategies to improve market penetration and brand visibility.
• Monitor sales data, coverage reports, beat plans, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with management to plan schemes, promotions, and market activation campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and resolve escalated issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.
• 3–7 years of field sales experience in FMCG, dairy, beverages, or related segments.
• Proven experience in team management and achieving aggressive sales targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and market understanding.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have a two-wheeler and willingness to travel across assigned areas.
