Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales person with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets. Female candidates required.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage potential clients to promote our services.
• Connect with the potential clients through the call and arrange the next level meeting.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years of sales/business development experience (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with a drive to achieve targets.
