Shift: Morning Shift – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary Bracket: PKR 75,000 – 100,000

Job Description (JD)

The Sales Manager implements sales strategies within the department, supervises Assistant Managers and Executives, and ensures sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sales plans and monitor team performance.
• Supervise Assistant Managers and ensure their teams meet sales goals.
• Track KPIs including lead conversion and revenue metrics.
• Provide performance reports and insights to Senior Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns and lead generation.

Job Specification (JS)

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

• 4+ years in sales with 1–2 years in team leadership.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Analytical skills for tracking performance and adjusting strategies.

Work Requirements:

• On-site, morning shift 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
