Sales Manager

& Full Production) — Commission-Based

We are a Dubai-based photo studio and full production team creating premium photo and video content for brands, founders, and businesses. We are looking for an enthusiastic Remote Sales Manager with proven sales experience who can confidently communicate in excellent English and consistently close deals.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads (WhatsApp, Instagram, website)

• Qualify prospects and understand client needs

• Pitch and sell our services (studio rental, photo shoots, video production, full production packages)

• Follow up consistently and close deposits/bookings

• Maintain an organized pipeline (CRM / tracking sheet), update lead statuses and next steps

• Upsell add-ons (extra retouching, reels, models, extra hours, full packages)

• Coordinate booking details with the production team after closing

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (services/agency/studio/creative industry is a strong plus)

• Excellent spoken and written English (must)

• Strong closing and follow-up skills

• Self-discipline and reliability for remote work

• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram DM, and CRM tools

Compensation

• 2% commission on sales

• Typical monthly earnings are around AED 2,500, depending on performance and sales volume

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
