We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and scale our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven sales performance, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly & annual targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline reports
  • Train, coach, and mentor sales executives for continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with marketing and management to improve lead conversion
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Sales Team Leader
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Target-oriented with a track record of achieving sales goals
  • Experience in CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
