About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in Engineering, Electromechanical Trading, and Oil & Gas sectors to lead our sales operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, leading the sales team, and expanding the company’s client base. Strong technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of the Qatar market are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within Engineering, Electromechanical, and Oil & Gas sectors
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key clients
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical sales presentations
• Coordinate with technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor sales activities, project progress, timelines, and budget compliance
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Manage key accounts and ensure consistent client growth
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of products and services, especially Oil & Gas applications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in Engineering, Electromechanical Trading, or Oil & Gas industries
• Strong technical and mechanical product knowledge
• Excellent understanding of the Qatar market and GCC business environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to achieve KPIs and revenue targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
