India Hard Solar, Bharat’s leading home rooftop solar company, is on a mission to power every household with clean energy. We are looking for high-performing Sales Managers to lead our growth across the vibrant state of Chhattisgarh.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial (C&I) sectors.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Relationship Management: Build strong networks with local dealers, contractors, and residential societies.
- Strategic Planning: Implement effective sales strategies and conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors.
- End-to-End Sales: Oversee the sales funnel from lead generation to final site survey and closing.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3–5+ years in sales (Experience in Solar/Renewable Energy or Building Materials is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, team management, and local market knowledge.
- Language: Proficiency in Hindi and Chhattisgarhi (preferred); English is a plus.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel across assigned territories in Chhattisgarh.
