We are seeking an experienced and result driven Sales Manager to lead the sales growth of our eco-friendly, products at Microneco. The role focuses on expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue while promoting sustainable solutions that support environmental responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share for eco-friendly and plastic-alternative products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B, retail, hospitality, FMCG, and government sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the sustainability sector
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to position eco-friendly solutions effectively
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and sustainability forums
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in eco-friendly products, packaging, FMCG, or sustainable solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- Strong understanding of sustainability, plastic alternatives, or environmental regulations is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a sales team
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
