Sales Manager / Head of Sales – Branded Perfumes Wholesale Trading Location: Deira, Dubai Reports to: Management Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and leading + developing a strong team of sales executives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the wholesale trade & distribution + excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management & execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy and Planning: o Enhance existing sales strategies o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets. o Analyse market price trends, competitor activities + pricing, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. o Set clear sales targets and objectives for the sales team and ensure alignment with company goals. 2. Account Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners, and existing clients. o Negotiate buying price, and terms to maximize profitability o Monitor all local and GCC account performance and develop action plans to address any issues or opportunities. 3. Team Leadership and Development: o Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team goals. o Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to enhance the team’s skills and performance. o Conduct monthly / quarterly performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members. 4. Sales Operations and Reporting: o Oversee daily local sales operations to ensure efficient and effective execution of sales activities / supplies. o Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to provide insights into sales performance. 5. Brand Representation and Promotion: o Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the brand and products. o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to drive sales. o Ensure consistent product offering is done by the sales team to target customers. 6. Customer Focus and Relationship Management: o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. o Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. o Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the branded perfumes or luxury goods industry or FMCG industry. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in leading high-performing sales teams. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • In-depth knowledge of the fragrance market, trends, and consumer behaviour. • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Open to frequent business travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
