Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations for Simfy Doors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, developing channel partners, managing key accounts, and expanding brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
● Build and manage a strong network of dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and contractors
● Identify new business opportunities and markets for Simfy Doors products
● Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
● Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team (if applicable)
● Conduct market research to track competitor activities, pricing, and trends
● Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution
● Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review
● Represent the brand in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
● Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies Required Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
● 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in doors, plywood, hardware, building materials, or construction industry
● Strong understanding of B2B and channel sales
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
● Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
● Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and partners
● Willingness to travel extensively as required
● Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting Preferred Experience
● Experience working with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors
● Existing dealer or channel partner network
● Experience in launching or scaling a brand in a competitive market
