Sales Manager

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities in fabric shade structures, tensile structures, tents, and car parking shades
• Manage key clients including consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to ensure high performance
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams for project execution
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients
